I am really disappointed in myself. I gained weight, just a pound but I still gained. I've been working my butt off all week and I gained weight. I'm not happy! I guess I just need to step up my game and keep working out like I have been. I won't be away from home much this week either so I won't be having to deal with eating away from home so that's a plus. Glad that everyone else on my team did well...sorry for letting you all down guys :-(

I know how you feel. And I know it's really hard not to feel bad about it. So, give yourself time to mourn. 5 minutes. After that....go on and continue to kick some major butt! You can do it! Like I said, I know how you feel. I gained 1.5 lbs since the last time I weighed in (on Saturday). I had been working out hard since last week, and worked out hard again on Monday, so I couldn't figure it out. I was really upset. Still am.....but we just gotta keep moving forward right? Hang in there! If you're working out hard, and you KNOW you're working hard....then don't beat yourself up too much. Or at least, try NOT to. :) I'll try to take my own advice too! :)
