I've been in the city at a trade show the past few days. It's been difficult to eat well but I tried to make smart food choices. I got my exercise, walking lots!! I did end up buying the "Biggest Loser Challenge" game for Wii and will be trying it out tomorrow. I'll let you all know how it is! Trying to make sure I get my eight glasses of water a day, I did well the first few days, but I know I didn't get it all in today. Tomorrow I'll make up for it ;) Time for bed now, it's been a very tiring few days!
