Made up big time for not much activity during the week in just these past two weekend days. I am exhausted but feel great. New record on my UP24 with steps today. 20,699 today which included the elliptical, treadmill, walking the dogs and finally cycling with the hubby. Whew! 👍

Now that sounds fantastic and so nice to read, well done Buddy well done indeed. I have no doubt whatsoever that you will meet the goal of our agreed loss by 18 April and I now suspect you will even better it but I will continue to read your journal every day in order to keep up with you. It now seems that I have to find a way of increasing my exercise in order not to lose this challenge - this is encouragement and motivation at it's best, fantastic.

Vinny, I do like the UP24. I like the graphics, inspiration info it provides daily, and the little challenges. My BFF had the fitbit and it looked like a spreadsheet report. I think the only thing I don't like about it is that while you can record your weight, I haven't figured out if it actually tracks your loss. But since I record that on FS, that doesn't bother me. It allows you to record your food too, but it got tired of doing it in two places so again only do it on FS. But this device does motivate me and it's neat to see workouts in steps. And I love to see my sleep habits. My BFF ended up returning her fitbit (she was able to try for a week at bestbuy and ended up returning hers to get the UP24 cause she liked this better). We are now buddies on our devices and challenge each other with workouts.

Love to see your progress, cuz! Keep up the good spirit and hard work. You're motivating me again because my exercise effort has been pathetic lately. I'm really seeing how stress plays such a big role in my success.

Thanks everyone. I'm on the slowly but surely plan - which I know is a good thing because these are new habits which will become a way of life. And cousin - you're still my motivation! We're gonna have to buy new outfits to show off at the next family gathering! I hope all is going well with the house and hope you had a great trip! 💜
