I feel very good about my progress in the last 4 weeks of Boot Camp. I am at the low I gained before at FatSecret and am now committed to keeping part of challenges that meet my needs and continuing to work my way lower each week with my weight. I like the weekly weigh in and keeping track of my eating and my activities/exercise. Several of the mini challenges have encouraged me to reflect and consider what my goals are and where I really want to be. Thank you for offering the Boot Camp Challenge. If you decide to repeat it I would like to be a part of the experience!
