This may be the way it goes, 3 days on, 4 days off, because I think I'm not going to be getting on the internet at home much for a while because of working on the new place. So, I'll make sure I weigh in sometime each week between Sun and Wed, don't be alarmed if you don't hear from me. I'm still doing really good.

So good to hear from you Amy! You're damn right housework is exercise! I know, I do it for a living. Today again I had 5 hours of it. Can you imagine?

Saturday night I went to a lovely birthday party for my dear friend Ezell. It was a sort of goodie fest, although I made nothing myself, there were wonderful things. There was a healthy dark chocolate truffle made with stevia I loved, and i had a wonderful - hot from the oven - chocolate chip cookie (1!) and a teaspoon of coffee ice cream and a tiny crumb of wine cake (off Ezell's plate no less) It was delightful. Just the tiniest bits and I didn't feel deprived. Today I was left one Werther's original toffee and I ate it. I also have been having my daily one piece of Dove's dark chocolate. I'm not even feeling guilty because they are tiny bits and I'm not feeling splurgy. Plus I had my period and I wasn't going to let myself get in a danger zone. So there!

We'll see what the scale looks like tomorrow morning.
