Very hard to calculate calories exactly, but I think I'm pretty close. I was so proud tonight! We went to a wholesale food store (BJ's). My family was buying goodies and I stuck to my guns thinking how hard I've worked just eating celery, yogurt, fish--LOL. Why ruin it with brownies or pizza, right? My daughter wanted to order out when we got home. My hubby told her that wouldn't be fair to me. I can't do that to them. I told them to order that I have to learn to be around others and not let food control me. After all, I work with people that order out all the time. Hubby was so sweet. He found a place that actually had a healthy salad. It was just as if I made it at home. There's was mostly lettuce, a strip of pepper here and there, two cherry tomatoes (LOL), maybe a piece of broccoli and shredded carrot--oh and grilled chicken (not much!). Normally, I would complain about how lame this was. This time, I was so happy! The salad was as low cal as you could get. I told them, no cheese, no croutons and no salad dressing! Just so happy! We found a place where I could order a salad and the calories are low. Lettuce isn't much! Only ate half and the other half will be dinner tomorrow night!
Wow--you know I'm dieting when I write this much about a salad--LOL.
