Just finished working out, it was painful but right now I feel good. I've noticed that with every strength workout I'm feeling more fit. I can say I feel better than 3 months ago. Speaking of the last 3 month, I thought about the time period that I've been on this journey and realized that it I've been overweight all of my life and expecting to lose it in 3 months is impossible. I'm committed, and I'm focused and I will have a great story to tell soon. Eat Clean, Work Hard and Rest Well.
