My husband has decided to finally join me on the journey about 3 weeks ago, I think I am shocked he has stuck with it this long, but so happy he has. I am hoping that we can make this lifesyle change together. It has made us both much happier people, and making the journey easier doing it together.

That is great, my husband has also changing his lifestyle with me as well...we are a good support system for each other. I am happy for the two of you. :)

Terri, that's awesome! Just reducing the "main" culprits from your entire family's lifestyle...plus you two being in agreement regarding boundaries, goals and a better lifestyle...will all work towards making your overall success that much sweeter! (no pun intended!!)

Excellent - makes life so much easier doesn't it. I don't know how I 'd cope if I had my husband at home to cook for? He wouldn't be amused with salad and no carbs - but he does love veggies.
