Well I am feeling downright bloody miserable today. I think the combination of 2 days into clean inducution after 6 weeks off (!!) = major sugar withdrawal , combined with a TOM thats due and holiday blues and missing my hubby sooooo much - knowing I am not going to see him for months... I have cried - which hasn't cleared the air , I still feel majorly pissed off. I have had a hot bath, which has made me feel slightly better... fortunately I have no desire to cheat , as I know that this would ultimately make me feel worse , but to top it off I have food on my mind and got a lovely (or so I thought) bit of cheese that I had just bought and it was minging. SO strong it was like eating sweaty socks. GROSS..
So I am going to bed early tonight. Still feeling miserable but hoping to have cheered up by manana!
PLus side, have had loads of water and lost 2 lbs overnight last night! WHOOP!

I just love you!!! You crack me up...keep up the fortitude in the attitude...you're doing fine...it'll come back down. And NO CHEATING...what's done is done...but we are looking forward...December will be here before you know it...and you'll feel fantastic to be at goal by then!!! WHOOP! WHOOOP!

when I'm down in the dumps a nice bath and then a nice sleep always helps me, plus having a purring kitty on my lap like right now >^..^< Hope you chase the blues away!
