I had a VERY busy day and barely got a chance to eat. Managed to eat some grilled chicken wings and just had an Atkins shake (yes, I know that it's 11pm, but I had to have SOMETHING!) Anywho, I've been doing pretty good, just need to probably eat more and smaller portions. I really can't wait to workout in the morning...It really keeps me on track. Well time for bed!
