I got up & did my workout again this morning & it definitely was harder to do than yesterday, but I also didn't jog that first interval yesterday so that made a difference. But I'm happy to say that I made it through, jogging all 5 intervals for a total of 20 mins!!
I had had plan to do it again tonight but change up the intervals a bit. I went swimming just a few hrs ago but I had to eat before we left so I brought something & ate it fairly quickly for how I eat & it was the WORST thing I could have done. The quick ingestion coupled w/ the heat = major stomach pains & nausea! I tried laying down on my back when we got there & that made it 10x worse, feeling like my stomach was ripping apart while my lower stomach cramped up quite badly. I sat there for about 20 mins but then the heat was getting to me & b/c of the pain in my stomach I couldn't get enough cold water in to deal w/ the heat, so I just got in the water regardless of the outcome. It helped cool me off & gave me temporary relief but it didn't feel all that much better & once I got back out it was just as bad. Luckily a nice hot shower as soon as I got home helped a bit. I have 1 more meal & a snack left today but there's NO way I'm putting anymore food in my stomach today. Getting ready to hop in bed @ 830pm & drink some tea. I'm sure I'll be fine by the morning which is good b/c I MUST workout!!
