I am back and ready to work hard. I have been mia a lot lately. Between being sick for several weeks and being "that time", I have kinda slacked off. Soo.. I am back to journalling my food and activity. I need to get this last 10ishlbs off. I am feeling good about it. I am cleaning out a sandbox this afternoon, so I don't know if I will do a workout tonite or not, but that should be ALOT as it is. Nothing like moving 120lbs of sand, plus a large amount of water, and then filling it up with a new batch of 120lbs of sand!!
B: Frosted mini wheats, a handful of blueberries and 2 strawberries
L: 4 oz chicken stirfry w/ lots of veggies and teriyaki sauce
S: 0% plus nonfat yogurt
D: about 3 bites of steak, 1 ear of corn w/ a bit of butter, 5 stalks of asparagus w/ a little oil, salt & pepper
E: Cleaning out and replacing sand in a sandbox (120lbs worth!, plus water), I did about 15 mins of crunches, leg lifts and such. But nothing on my arms.. ouch..
