Terri - nothing seems so hard as getting this "thing" to work within our bodies in the beginning...finding the foods, finding the ones that our systems balk at...it's such a balancing act for me sometimes...but getting into color on those sticks - BIG - HUGE DEAL, cause now you have a visual tracker...once a day to help you know whether things are staying the same, kicked out, or burning like a lean, mean, fat burning machine!!! YAHOO!!!
