Had a great weekend! Hung out with my BFFs and enjoyed plenty of drinks and food, so as much fun as I had I’ll be paying for it this week 😖 Had baked chicken cordon blue/bakes sweet potatoes/broccoli and cheese for dinner, in my mind it was healthy but on my plate was a different story, added cheese, butter and brown sugar 🙄 it’s almost a sin not to eat sweet potato without butter and brown sugar BUT I’ll be getting in my workouts this week (you can see them on my IG story @officialkikij) and logging my food. Really need help to take it up a notch!!!
