Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
A low carb side dish for cauliflower.
Ingredienser
Anvisningar
- Pre-heat oven to 450 °F (220 °C) and lightly grease or apply cooking spray like Pam to large casserole dish.
- Toss cauliflower in oil and minced garlic, coating well placing in dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes stirring halfway through.
- Uncover, stir, and top with parsley and pecorino romano then broil 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Salt and pepper to taste and serve.

I've never really liked cooked cauliflower, but this recipe is AWESOME!!!!! I could eat this all the time!!!!

Lovedddd it. The whole family did, really. Only complaint was that it cooled very quickly, so keep it covered!

I make a version of this often! I spritz on some lemon when it's done. Really good with other vegetables too, like broccoli or carrots.

Excellent...the lemon ads a nice zest. I used seasoned salt and I didn't add the cheese because I didn't have any on hand but still very good.
