Paleo worked for me, before. I went from 212 to 157 pounds in 2005. I gave it up because I was exhausted from work and family stress (marketing consultant for a start-up, dying mother, dead brother, failed marriage, failed bounce-back romance, non-simpatico support group...). My life is somewhat stable, now (no marriage or romance, working for profitable clients, no silly support groups, no recent family deaths). I'll give it another shot.
