How do you think on and off keto will work? I'm curious. I'd be concerned I'd never be solidly in ketosis. Also, I'd be concerned about cravings. Your thoughts please. ❤

I find it works well for me. I loose a pound a day 5 days on Keto. Then, if I am reasonable with calories the rest of the month I only gain back a portion of the weight, I assume some of that would be water weight which comes off quickly the next round of Keto. If you look at my weight history, you will see an erratic weight loss and gain but with a decided downward trend.
