Still holding steady, but the clothes are getting looser and I feel really good. Beginning to realize that this is a nice way to live and feel. I have to remind myself each morning that I really have the world by the butt.I have lost great loves in my life who would all give their eyeteeth to still be in this world, no matter how much pain, how much weight or where they are on the social ladder. The idea that I can actually whine about anything in my life when I can rise up each day, smell the flowers and hug the people I love should give me a real reality bite. Life is wonderful and it cannot be a good idea to forget to appreciate all of the good things.
