Pushing too hard at work. 7-5 in the day and 7-9 in the evening. Not sleeping well. Not exercising. Eating like a pig and washing dinner down with wine. I think I have the work under control, now, so I'm going to focus on getting my life into balance with more rest and down time, Primal diet, daily exercise. See if I can get to 204 by Sunday, and then shoot for a pound per week until I can wear my regular clothes, again.
