Well I'm back, decided to just just forget about this over the Christmas New Year fiasco of eating like the world was about to end. But that is over and it's time to get back on the horse and go gang busters. Not really as bad as I expected a 2 kg gain and it could have been a lot worse. What's with the big calories in wine, beer and spirits!!! I tried to concentrate on proteins more than carbs but it was a struggle. So there you are hope everyone had a great holiday.
