I'm going to try and weigh-in in the morning. I don't have a scale Andhave to use the one at work. I'm sticking to low carbs, no sugars. Getting use to no sugary in my coffee...next step is no creamer. My stomach was messed up today. But I feel good! Yesterday I had a sugar low, my first one in a very long time. I don't know what the number was, but I was jitter-bugging pretty good. I was fixing to eat dinner, so I didn't worry too much about it. But it took a while to get rid of the shakes ( that's what I call the jitter-bugs). I received my sample of truvision, thought I'd give it a try, but having second thoughts. Anyone have anything to say about it? I don't know anyone who is using it
