OK - it is Week 5 of a 10 week challenge and I am right back where I started from. So, I did a little math only to find out that I am not doing as well as I thought. I averaged my calories of the 6 days I was supposedly doing 1400/day to find out I am averaging 1496.5/day.

In other words, I'm not exactly with the program!

The good news is I still have 5 weeks left to redeem myself.

Some adjustments are more difficult to settle into than others. A lot of the days, you were just fine....seems like it was really just that one day that pulled your average up. Nothing there you can't fix! Five weeks is still a good amount of time to continue to make headway (I say "continue" because it looks to me that you lost a pound this month!). Celebrate every loss!!!!

Buffy, you lost some so at least its working even if its slow..Love the vehicles you have as your avatar....You do have 5 more weeks to tweak...:O)
