So. Allergy issues, medications and the usual all took their tool and I got back up to 187. Last 2 weeks I've been on a supremely strict and extremely limited diet due to medical issues. The only good thing about it is that I'm losing this horrendous weight that I've been carrying around for ever, and I actually feel better and have way more energy than before!
