Obviously I've fallen way off plan for the last couple of months.
Am not sure about the next couple of months either, but I'm still planning to make this the year that I aim for 140 and below. We'll see.

Thanks for your support. I'm doing well 99.6% of the time food-wise, but oh what damage that 0.4% (5 or so minutes a day) can do ;-)
