Higher today. Knew I would be. After a low calorie day went out for dinner and had an ice cream. Today is a fast day. Tomorrow morning will be my low weight weigh in day. I feel like I've got it down to a science while remaining flexible during the week. Some week days are around 2000 cal (a deficit for me) and some days around 3000 (just over maintenance). We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Me too. Giving up this place would make it so difficult to continue. Sometimes quiet; sometimes involved. Hey. We all need space sometime.

I did give up this place for awhile....other site was not nearly as much fun....I'm doing much better on this site altho not sure about the follower thing....food pics did bother me at first, but I can scroll right through them so no problem!!
