Now you are really ready! You will do great, I know it. Just remember don't get on the scale all the time and remember to also measure yourself. I found that it was easier to keep track because if you start gaining muscle the scale might go up and you might get discouraged...just a suggestion! You have started off on the right foot though and I have all the faith that you will do great!
