Noooooo. got a new scale yesterday and realize the old scale was 10 pounds off.
so I changed my my goal weight back to the old one. I'm so discouraged.

You have done wonderfully! It sucks that the scale was off but look at how far you have come. You lost 150 pounds, that is awesome.

How frustrating for you, but you have been losing. The scale was off, but it was still registering so you are succeeding. Keep up the good work.
