The HDD on my laptop was making a squeak sound so I had it replaced, and I've been working most waking hours since mid-afternoon, yesterday, to restore files, re-install programs, etc. What does this have to do with my weight and health? I've been glued to the computer, making all this happen so I can be on the job, Monday.

It's almost 9:00 PM, and I'm still here.

Anyone with advice on how to be a good leader, and effective technology user, and still get healthy and slim?

My laptop HDD is about to go out. I'm trying to make a complete image so I can just restore it in one fell swoop. I'm a bit irritated since the HDD is only 8 months old. Good Luck!
