I am switching diets, today, and trying to eat mostly vegetables. Since I ate tuna salad for lunch, I have to say that I didn't do a good job of the new diet, today.

I hope you're not having too many difficulties with this diet. I myself am not a vegan, so I'm making small adjustments, like using soy products to substitute for dairy products. Which I've found many benifits as you may already know. I wonder if you're drinking enough water, or perhaps cutting out a seving of grain will allow you to add a serving of fruit for a snack. I have to remind myself not to focus on my weight so much as making small changes for a healthier me, and eventually result in weight loss. Don't give up!
