Ecstatic about my loss! I ate almost nothing - super duer small portions. I kept thinking about something someone said to me in a support group once. "It is amazing how little food it takes to get full." I kept thinking about that and ate literally bird portions for lunch and dinner - and just black coffee for breakfast. It worked! I was traveling and have been out of pocket - I am there this week though.
