Well, one week in Hawaii saw a net gain of 5.1 lbs. Plenty considering I did drink shakes, ate lots of vegetables, and as much as possible, stayed away from bad carbs like rice.

Getting back into the routine this week.

So easy to do over there..... Something about Hawaii and all the Ono flavors Eating and talking stories just go together..... Back to business with the food...... I don't have to ask ,if you have a great time, I'm sure you did.......
