I am now no longer officially obese, but I have not been feeling obese for some time so I don't think the official charts are much help for those with non-fat excesses. But...
Is it possible that the earth's gravity has changed?
The scales are far more generous than I expected of late.

Excellent loss. It is amazing what the medics consider Obese and what we consider Obese. I am clinically Obese and need to get below 15 Stone to just be Overweight, yet friends and family reckon I shouldn't loose any more weight!

Well done. I am also no longer obese.. but when I run and then stop, many bits of me are still wobbling involuntarily.. so that's my personal obesity monitor 😁
