Up early and rewarded for it. It's -13, not the -30 that was forecast - almost balmy.

Loving the new lifting routine. Thinking of tweaking (not twerking) it a bit. Essentially loading up, but not back down. Think I may add that in. Have a great day all.

It was 15 here in sunny South Carolina last night. Lots of people with frozen water lines this morning. We don't get too many days of temps in the teens.
