Another Christmas dinner that couldn't be beat. Definitely carbed to the max. The boss's son coerced me into having a second, huge, eclaire filled with iced cream, whipping cream, huckleberries, raspberries, and drizzled with chocolate. He might one day be my boss. I couldn't turn him down... could I?
