The sun is trying to shine from the clouds. Snow is not melting yet the temperature feels good outside. This next week should be less demanding from work so I am looking forward to walking and exercising enough to see my weight respond positively. My own diet is actually coming together and working out fairly well. Weight loss is ahead for me...I am really quite ready. My hubby is my best Valentine. My kids are fantastic. My grandchildren are priceless!!!!!
