There is a formula to how many calories you need to consume EXTRA for producing adequate breast milk....I cannot remember as it has been over 30 years since I nursed...but you can nurse and lose weight...eat quality food too!

Adorable kiddos! Breastfeeding mom here as well - you've got this. If supply seems to drop, make sure you are eating and drinking enough. Follow your gut. Good luck on your journey!

Good on you! Just make sure you eat well and drink heaps then it shouldnt affect your supply.
