Normal for me at the end of a month to be up a few. But still at this and not giving up. Dad and I are back to researching the better way of life. We have done nothing but research and try what has worked. Been really stressed over school...and I think it is playing a role in my slower weight loss. I am not complaining this site has changed my life. Thanks for all the encouraging words everyone
