My diet is basically a Primal one, but I do eat rice on training days. I also eat dairy on a daily basis.I eat beans once in a while.

I'm restricting alcohol for 12 weeks to see what happens and will re-introduce once I'm down to my goal weight - but only ever vodka and club soda, to keep the sugar and carbs down. Wine occasionally.

This Monday (Jan 9) I'm starting a new plan, as I am participating in a "practice run" for a friend of mine who is starting a new Personal Training business and finishing schooling for same. Very excited.
