This is just too strange - I've never had a weight loss streak like this before in my life.. I've always ended up off-course for one reason or another. ok but now I'll be into the weight-levels that I was at when all those previous times used to fail. So don't be surprised if I start finding plateaus or even rises lay ahead.
But, in principle, and seeing how I've done so far, there's really no good reason why I can't keep this up - although I've scheduled myself to lose weight at 1.5lb a week from here on down - and I'll be very happy if I can achieve that.
My next goal is:
to be at 12.0 (or better) by the Christmas/new year
(1.5lb loss a week from here gets me to that goal)
