I'd be willing to do this a few times, but this is an impossible thing to do long term. Fat is way too low for my tastes. On the other hand, cico at 2300 calories was simply not doing anything for me as far as weight loss. If the cycling works, I'm willing to do it to get to the bodyfat level I want, but then it will be maintenance with a more conventional diet. For me that's about 50% fat and 20% protein and 30% carbs including fruit!!!
