Carb load is well on it's way. I'm about 400 grams in. I started yesterday after lifting. I have 8-900 gr to go by the end of the day.

I kept waking up. Certainly not hungry. It was like my body didn't know what to do because it wasn't hungry.

Do you remember feeling full all the time? I remember it now. I'm not sure why I liked it then. I'd call it progress.

One other thing. For anyone interested, I started a journal post yesterday that will be appended with the carbs or anything that might be considered non-diet. I remember liking bagels. Not so much now.

High insulin level = poor sleep. in my book anyway.

That's an interesting parallel to the, "you need to stop losing weight" speech I got from my wife the other night. It's going to happen, soon, even. Ugh. lol

We had pancakes for dinner. I don't usually worry too much about carbs, just calories and DHL does love pancakes. Oh well, it will be fine. No trouble sleeping here I'm so tired. Maybe a carb load day will help??
