22 Fine with the gain. Yesterday was refeed day and I'm about to partake of refeed day #2. 90% sure I'm trying the Ultimate Diet 2.0. I can see the science behind it now and it should be worth a 2-4 week trial, which could be all I need to hit my goal if the promises hold true. Essentially it's a calorie/carb cycling diet, but with extreme swings in calories. Skake it up (Showing my age.)

The most fun band I ever saw was Here Come the Mummies! It's made up of a bunch of Nashville session players. First time I saw them my jaw dropped.. Lol
