Lost another pound. Wondering if my medication is now too high. But she did review the results & must have been fine. I believe I now have a 3 month supply & not back until early in the New Year. It has never happened before, she's very careful & I have been eating better. I think all is fine. I would have more energy if it was too high. Let's see how I do thru the holiday season.
Thankfully I have already been thru Thanksgiving. I did not do well. Sending encourage to everyone south to have more control. Best wishes.

Thank you for your support! It means alot to me. You are doing very well yourself! Thanksgiving wasn't as awful as I was prepared for but we'll see what the scale has to say about it. Hope the medication works out for you. Keep the faith. You are going in the right direction.

Hope you are doing well dear! Everything is going great on my end...the second interview went well, should hear back from them tomorrow. the boy and me went to an oilers game. Things are good. Hang on in that windy city!
