At least it did not get any worse. This new job is killing me - 15hrs at work and/or commuting (sitting the whole time). I'm so tired when I get home that I don't exercise. Plus eating junk at work because I am in a hurry. Very frustrating

I hear you! On all of it! SjF offers a good solution. Try not to blow it all out of the water, if you must eat Junk, try to make it a bit healthier. Sometimes, accumulation of 'a bit better' goes a long way! Chin up and stay positive.

Thank you for the suggestions. I need to get some better snack for me. I will try to task the wife and kids with that (I've been working weekends as well). I did get to workout with my daughter last night - nice on so many levels

You need to get a cooler big enough to take lunch and snacks with you. You can plan out your meals for the week on the weekend. Focus on plenty of protein and fresh fruits and vegetables. Greek yogurt, lunch meat, boiled eggs, veggies and hummus, apple with peanut butter etc. Bring bottled water too. If you get 30 minutes at lunch, eat your lunch then go for a short walk. Once you get the diet under control, you can focus on getting more activity.
