Oh man. I made terrible food choices yesterday while I was "on-the-go." By the time dinner rolled around I felt sick so I ended up skipping dinner and going to bed early. I'm happy for this drop, but pretty surprised. I'm making better choices today, I don't want another day like yesterday!
