actually weighed the same as last week. hard to understand...i did a really good job of keeping calorie count under 2000. it must be that last weeks number was not real. I actually ran for 100 minutes. that is one hour more than this week before weigh in. Maybe there is 3-4 pounds of sweat or water weight?

Don't get discouraged.. Sometimes the body adjusts naturally to calorie intake. The first week or two is always great and then the body catches up and we hit 'the wall'.. but give it another week or two if you stay true and it will start coming off again!
