same again today, today is day 3 of the egg fast. I didn't eat all I was supposed to and I ended up drinking a few cups of chicken broth, I think I should start over well I feel well. sore throat, headache and nausea (it's what my daughter had last week)
right now drinking hot sugar free jello liquid to hopefully coat my throat

Don't for get fibre makes your intestines work to push it through thus burning calories.
Eg.Celery in chicken broth that should not come up.
Gargle salt water for that throat if you cant find sugar free lozenges

Oh yeah, egg fast definitely needs to be done when feeling optimum! Take care!

Feel better best thing to do is take care of yourself until you feel better and not worry about the egg fast. Luden's makes a sugar-free throat lozenge, so does sucrets if you can find them. Halls has some as well if you can stomach them they may be too harsh if your stomach is a mess.
