Family BBQ today. Oh boy! Not only is it a BBQ with all the fixings, they will have a full bar because today is also a relatives big birthday. All the birthday stuff will be happening.
Wish me luck. Hope I don't gain 5 pounds in tomorrow's weigh in.

Well there's nothing wrong in enjoying yourself and going all out. Hope the damages weren't too bad but whatever the case you can get right back on track. IMO that's kind of a good feeling, knowing that you KNOW what to do to take off a gain AND can actually just go and do it.
