This is what I've been doing!!! I eat one cooked meal a day. The rest is raw, salads, fruit bowls, juicing, and veggie protein drinks, etc. Cooked meals are oatmeal pancakes, salads with chicken or salmon, stir fry veggies, sweet potatoes, egg and rye toast. I also consume 1 gallon of restructured water.(KW). I lift weights 5 days a week and walk 30 min. 3 days a week.

I cook my pancakes in coconut oil. I do 4 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal ground in a coffee grinder and add agave nectar or honey.I don't put anything on them. I don't work out on Sunday. Sunday rest day!♡♡
