I had no weigh in on 10/19/15 due to vacation. Followed calorie counting as best I could because we were in Mexico. Very difficult with this type of food and eating out a lot. Did a lot of walking. A little disappointed in the amount lost but feel encouraged that I had a loss and not a gain.
